Before joining Sahan, Katrina covered criminal justice at WFYI Public Media, Indianapolis’ NPR affiliate, through Report for America. She also covered courts as a reporting fellow for the St. Paul Pioneer Press. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2020 with degrees in journalism and French. While in college, she was an editor at the student newspaper, the Minnesota Daily.
