Toronto police Monday identified two Somali men who were shot dead in a condo building in Toronto neighborhood on early Sunday morning.

Mohamed Abdiwal Dirie, and Abdiwel Abdullahi, both 26 years old, were found dead in an apartment at about 7 a.m. Sunday, police said.

Police said they are looking for four suspects in their 20s who may have been involved in the shooting, including a Somali man who “spoke with a distinct southern American drawl.”

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation reported that Mohamed was one of dozens people arrested in an operation launched in 2013 called Project Traveller that targeted alleged gang members and drug dealers.

Project Traveller became famous in Toronto after police recovered a video of former mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine during the investigation, CBC reported.
